The Performance Netball programme, delivered by elite coaches, provides an immersive, high-performance training experience designed to develop advanced netball players.

The programme is broken down into age and ability-specific sessions, ensuring every athlete receives tailored coaching to maximise their potential.

Each day is structured to replicate the demands of elite training:

Morning activation: Wake-up mobility, dynamic stretching, and ball-handling drills.
On-court sessions: High-intensity skill development and tactical workshops before lunch.
Afternoon programme: Match play scenarios, strength and conditioning, and recovery sessions, including pool-based pre-hab and regeneration work.

The residential camp offers over 15 hours of elite coaching, advanced skill development, and tactical workshops.
