Whether your child is picking up a netball for the first time or dreaming of Super League glory, Netball Fever will take their game to the next level and make sure they love every minute of it!
WHO IS IT FOR?
Netball Fever is open to children aged 7 to 16 of all abilities.
- New to netball? We’ll make sure their first experience is welcoming, positive, and fun.
- Played before? We’ll stretch their skills and boost their game.
- Want to improve fitness, teamwork or confidence? We’ve got that covered too.
Our coaches are trained to adapt the curriculum to suit every child so no one’s left behind or held back.
All of our camps encourage children and teenagers to be at their BEST demonstrating and developing their Bravery, Enthusiasm, Sportsmanship and Teamwork. At the end of every day on camp, our staff will recognise a child from their group for being at their BEST!
THE ACTIVATE GAMES
The Activate Games are a huge highlight across all Activate Camps — and Netball Fever is no exception.
On camp, the young netballers work in teams throughout their camp experience, earning points for the Activate Games through various challenges, during technical sessions, and by showcasing their BEST attitude during camp life.
On the final afternoon, players join mixed-age teams to compete in our Netball World Cup–style tournament. It’s high-energy, high-fun, and full of chances to show off everything they’ve learned.
The team with the most points is crowned Activate Games Champions!
Children a grouped to ensure that they are with others who are age and skill appropriate.
Groupings are flexible to allow children to move up (and down) to suit their ability. Our staff will conduct assessments on day one to make sure children are in the correct group and get the most out of their NF experience, with regular reviews.
On camps with smaller numbers, we may need to combine some age or ability groups to ensure suitable group sizes, while still aiming to provide the best possible experience for every child.
