Our intensive lacrosse programme, provides an insight in to elite training. The coaching is balanced with the opportunity to socialise and meet other like-minded lacrosse players.
Your week will begin on the Sunday evening with an introduction from the Head Coach and Pastoral Team alongside your fellow campers. The team will prepare you for the week ahead and engage in some icebreakers during a social BBQ. Following the meal, our staff team will help you to settle in to your accommodation.
During the first day of coaching, we will analyse your current skill level in order to adapt the curriculum to best develop you during the programme. Throughout the remainder of the week you will take part in 1-on-1 coaching sessions, small group sessions and team gameplay sessions as well as a variety of challenges.
To keep you on your toes throughout the week, you will take part in a variety of lacrosse challenges designed by the team at Crazy Catch.
During the week, all participants will learn valuable practical skills for both on and off the pitch. We give campers the opportunity to develop their independence and social skills, perfect for their personal development.
After dinner, we will provide a fun filled evening led by our pastoral staff, creating a relaxing and friendly atmosphere to relax with your fellow campers. We will ask you to check in to your rooms by 9pm, lights out between 9.30pm-10.30pm (depending on age).

We will be staying in Crosthwaite house at St Georges School, Harpenden, which ordinarily serves as the boarding house for the term time students at the school. This is close to the lacrosse facilities that we will be using for the course delivery. Rooms will be shared with up to 5 other participants, with shared bathroom facilities on each floor. There are plenty of communal areas available as well as a garden area which will be used for some workshop delivery when appropriate. Check out our VENUE PAGE for more info.
The majority of the course will be delivered on the outdoor lacrosse pitches, St George’s boasts 3 lacrosse pitches as well as further impressive grass space, plenty for lots of coaching stations. Children will also have use of the fitness suite during the camp, with our coaches providing introduction to relevant activities and workouts.
Our seasonal staff team are put through a thorough interview and training process to ensure that we have the right people for the job. All staff hold an enhanced DBS and all coaching staff hold lacrosse coaching qualifications.
Our venue manager will be supported by a team of pastoral and first aid professionals who are equipped to deal with any eventuality on site, as well as support participants with the challenges of being away from home.
